Terms And Conditions
All items in the online store are subject to in store availability. Inventory sold in the physical store is removed from the online store the following business day. If you buy an item that was already sold in the physical store you will receive a full refund.
You agree to these terms and conditions by using our store.
Glenn's Jewelry is dedicated 110% to customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase you can exchange it for another piece within 30 days. Exchanged items need to be in its original condition, include gift boxes and velvet pouches, and not show any sign of wear, damage, or alteration to be eligible for exchange. We reserve the right to decline any exchange if it does not meet the criteria listed above.
Although we inspect every piece of jewelry for wear, damage, or defects it still can get damaged in shipping. It’s is the responsibility of you the buyer to check the product promptly on its arrival to make sure it is free of any defects. If defects are found, it is your responsibility to contact us right away so we can resolve the issue immediately.
To start an exchange please email Nathan@glennsjewelry.com with the item number for the item you are wanting to exchange and the reason for exchanging it. You can find the item number on the packing list that came in the package we sent you. If an item is sent in for exchange without a prior email the item will be sent back to the sender.
We do not cover the cost of return shipping, and recommend shipping through USPS, UPS, or FED EX. It is also recommended that the package has a tracking number and is insured for its full retail value through the shipping carrier of choice.
